Wildlife monitoring

G&T Weed Management has 30 flash remote cameras available for animal monitoring.

Camera monitoring and trapping programs involves the use of one or more cameras set up to be triggered by the movement of the animal.

G&T Weed Management has been using cameras to detect the presence of a specific species at bait stations and also to detect the presence of a specific species of animal such as potoroos.

This has greatly assisted our baiting programs and wildlife reduction programs.

Our cameras have proven to be useful in the study of difficult to observe animals such as pigs and deer.

Our cameras can also be placed to view nesting boxes to monitor the interactions and activities of native animals for repopulation purposes.

Contact us today to see how we can assist you with the monitoring of any type of wildlife activity.
